Yeah.. na... yea. Nah. Cool as it would be, dragons are highly intelligent, not just some dumb creature lore wise.
Druids on the other hand....
I can see now all Human/Blood Elf Hunters INSTANTLY changing their names to Daenerys
The lore aspect of me screams no, but the rest of me says yes! Maybe we wouldn't actually tame these creatures, but form a mutual friendship that made the dragon inclined to be at our side and assist us in the world.
