TRACE (H Draenor PVE, 7/7M EN; 3/3HC ToV; 6/10M NH) are currently looking for a few skilled players to complete our raiding team to further progress in Mythic NH, Tomb and beyond. A bit about us: we’re a mix of guys & girls from across Europe. We’re mostly longtime players with many of us raiding at high end as far back as Vanilla and TBC. While all love WoW and take raiding seriously, the game is what we do to chill, killing bosses with friends on a three day schedule, having fun and aiming for solid progression. And on off nights and around raids we can usually be found running alt runs, doing M+ and PVP, and playing other games (if you do like to dabble in other things!).

We raid WEDNESDAY, SUNDAY and MONDAY from 21.00 to 00:00 server time.

What do we currently need?
At the moment we are keen to recruit ranged DPS and a healer; we will accept applications from all classes and specs.

Apps from players who main DPS/healer but have a decent tanking OS would also be considered.

We’re mainly after mature, fun and capable players who bring a focused mindset, know their stuff and want to push progress on a 3 day schedule.

Applications from small groups of players will be considered.

What we require of you:
You:
- Are reliable and on time, signing up and coming to the raids prepared with enough flasks, food and potions to last the evening. The guild pays for raider repairs
- Are selfless, not tunnel visioning your healing / dps meters, able to react quickly and support others
- Stay keen and optimistic during our raids, even if we are learning and wiping on a progression boss
- Know your class and spec inside out – and are always looking to improve your performance
- Have a stable connection and computer – you rarely dc and aren’t playing with 1 fps
- Can commit to 75% attendance or higher (aiming to attend a minimum of 9 raids over a four week period). We know real life comes first (and everyone takes holidays, sometimes has exams or work trips etc.), you tell the guild in good time if you will be absent from raids to help the team to plan ahead
- Possess a good sense of humour – you can have a laugh while taking the raid seriously and don’t mind the odd inappropriate joke. Alcoholism isn't mandatory

Loot in progress (main) raids is distributed by loot council.
