    If you got shoulders it is a lot in 7.2
    Legendary analyzer puts it at around 10% of total healing at least if you utilize the synergy well.
    So you def. wanna give up a lot of ilvls for it.

    Not sure about 7.2.5, but then again it wont matter much there.
