In my head, where crazy happens.

Curse Client compromised? Clients own ad blocked by Bitly.

This is what I got when I accidentally pressed the ad for upgrading the Curse client, as I was updating my mods. It doesn't inspire confidence.
Is this a reaction to an ad wanting to download an executive file?

Gonna file that under "Working as Intended"

Probably just because it is a link to an exe, but I'll pass it along to get fixed.

A url shortener, popular with the likes of Twitter etc to minimise the number of characters.

Twitter have their own version, t.co

    Look at https://twitter.com/MMOChampion/stat...73367147229184 for example.
The links are shortened with bit.ly, and then automatically again by twitter's own version, t.co.

Yeah, I'm noticing this too... I don't really want to make a twitch account.
