Exclamation 911 Vengeance DH tank w/ 901 Guardian Druid Alt Looking for Guild

Willing to transfer anywhere, to either faction.

currently 1/10M, previously cutting edge EN.

I could easily be much further along in Mythic Progression however my current guild has dwindling numbers and can't get enough people to actually raid.

I am available Sunday-Wednesday in the evenings/night, while occasionally having to work Wednesdays/Sundays.

    Thanks!

<Wolves of War> is recruiting new players for Tomb of Sargeras preparation and Mythic Nighthold progression. We are currently clearing Heroic and progressing through Mythic Nighthold. While we are a semi-hardcore guild, we prefer to enjoy the game at our own pace. We are a mature guild (21 and over only, with zero exceptions made) most of whom have raided together for more than 5 years.

We are open to all players, even if you are a bit low on the gear score currently; we can fix that in a raid or two. However, it must be stressed that the sole focus of this guild is progression on a limited raid schedule.

We raid 2 days a week with an alt night on Friday.

    Raid Times:

    Tuesday: 8:00pm - 11:00pm Server Time or 8:00pm - 11:00pm PST
    Thursday: 8:00pm - 11:00pm Server Time or 8:00pm - 11:00pm PST

    Current Roster Spots Open:

We are currently full on tanks, but open to all DPS and Healers; including dual specs.

    Loot Method:
EPGP- If you have not heard of this we would be happy to explain in more detail. The basics are EPGP uses effort points gained while raiding and gear points added when a piece of loot is given to you. The ratio of effort points over gear points lets the loot master know who is due for the next piece. As a raider you get to roll need, greed, transmog and pass. In the end, you ensure that you get all the gear you need without the stress of a loot council deciding if you need it.

Having raided for 10 years, I simply refuse to join a guild that does not employ this tool. I cannot say how upsetting it is watching gear you need given away by a third party decision. EPGP ensures that if you put in the effort you get the gear you earned.

Welcome, my name is Ethankey, I am the GM of The Speakeasy Tavern. We are an Alliance semi-hardcore raiding guild on Darkspear. Some of you might know me from speed runs and pugs I run regularly. We are looking for a few key roles to round out our roster in ToS. If you haven’t locked in a permanent spot on anyone’s raid roster we would love to talk to you and see if you are what we’re looking for. We are an extremely laid back group and we always have fun together. We are mainly an adult guild but are not biased as long as the maturity level is kept. We are not only active on raid nights but throughout the week, running M+ and various other content. We have people on at all hours of the day.

    Current Raid Schedule:
Progression raiding thurs.-Sat. 9pm EST. – 1am (7pm st-11pm st) and optional Sunday run at same time if needed. We also do alt/ap runs on Tues. 10 pm Est. (8pm st) along with M+ all week.

    Requirements:
    • Attendance, all raiders are expected to show up for raid nights and be there 15 minutes prior for invite.
    • 890+ ilvl for Heroic nh
    • 900+ ilvl for mythic nh
    • General knowledge of the current fight.
    • Working headset and mic.
    • All required ad ons installed. DBM, RcLoot council, gtfo, healers have to die.
    Recruiting: as of 6/04/17
    Tanks, Warlock, Boomkin,
    Melee Dps ,Healers
Any strong Dps should also apply.

    What to expect:
We provide a fun raiding environment with minimal stress. We down bosses at a consistent rate. Expect to laugh and be laughed at when mistakes are made. Wow is still a video game and we want to have fun. Also expect to be serious when the time is called for since we still want to be productive and make the most of our time. We expect our raider to periodically contribute to the guild bank, since we make cauldron and feasts for most raids. We will do whats best for the raid with no favoritism.

    What we expect:
    • We expect our raider’s to periodically contribute to the guild bank, since we make cauldrons and feasts for most raids. You come out way cheaper than providing for yourself.
    • If you can’t make raid times, you to give an officer an advanced notice. In game mail is acceptable. This allows us to provide a more consistent raid.

    [H] Frostmane <Dark Society> (5/10M) - Recruting for strong ToS Start/NH Progression

<Dark Society> was founded at the launch of Legion, with most of us having plenty of previous raiding experience. We formed to be as casual as possible while still successfully pushing end game content. We take Mythic raiding seriously, but we do understand most our members have jobs, kids, or other important things to deal with outside of WoW. We realize that attendance can not be a perfect 100% of the time. However, if you want to be part of our core raid group we require your attendance to be 85% or higher on a monthly average. We also require our raiders to have a deep understanding of raid encounters, and to maximize the development and knowledge of their character. We also have a great group of social and casual players, should you not desire to raid as regularly and intently as our core raid team.
Our raid time: 8 PM - 11 PM Server Time M/Th
    8PM - 12 AM Server Time Sat

Our current progression is: 5/10M NH

How to contact us : You can respond to this thread or contact one of the officer through Bnet:
    Shmoopsy#1545
    SpookyGhost#1176
    Catbus#1716
    -----------------
    Class Priority:

    DPS:
    Death Knight-High
    Demon Hunter-High
    Druid(Boomkin)-High
    Druid (Feral)-Medium
    Mage-Low
    Monk-High
    Paladin-Low
    Priest-Low
    Rogue-High
    Shaman(Enhancement)-High
    Warlock-High
    Warrior-Low

    Tanks:
    Death Knight-Low
    Demon Hunter-Low
    Druid-High
    Monk-High
    Pally-High
    Warrior-High

    What do we require:

-Attendance: We require at least 85% attendance. We do understand that real life will take priority, but we do require you to notify an officer if you are going to miss a raid. This does include accepting or declining on the calendar as well as notifying an officer on discord or in game.

-Punctuality: Raid invites will always start 10 mins before the raid start time. We expect everyone to be ready and prepared. This means you must have all the flasks, foods, potions (and any other item necessary for the raid) ready before you come to the raid. We do offer flasks, potions, and food from our guild bank at a discounted rate, but we expect you to have gotten these prior to raid invites as well.

-Communication: We expect you to be able to understand and speak English well enough to communicate with the guild or at least to understand when things are explained in Discord.
-Know your class: Whether you are a tank, healer or dps you must know how to play it, know the strengths and weaknesses, master the rotation and have the ability to adapt on the fly in order to put out the best performance possible.

-Be a team player: You are expected to do the mechanics accordingly and perform any other tasks assigned to you by the Raid Leader. We do not tolerate boss tunneling, meter whoring or selfish behavior. You are part of a team and everyone needs to do his/her part for all to benefit.

-Be able to take criticism: Nobody is perfect and we know that but we expect all our members to be able to take the advice and constructive criticism given in order to improve their performance. Outbursts during the raid, openly flaming fellow raid members or repeatedly ignoring the advice from the raid leader will result in immediate removal from the raid or even the guild. We do not tolerate drama, if you have a problem take it in private to an officer after the raid.

-Know the current raid tier inside and out: This means watching boss fights prior to encounters and asking any questions regarding the content.
