Not sure about Cassia and Samuro but the rest looks ok. however Tyrande and Zuljin probably Tassadar too need more than just these buffs.

Agree Charged Strikes were broken, but I am not sure if buffing Tassadar is step into right direction.

2 games so far after patch, 2 different Tassadar in each game, Tassadar always first in hero dps lul

Cassia and Samuro not used properly, they need to be more in front, Tyrande is ok . Set the direction for Tassadar (if u dont wana use more buffs)
