142/170 = 83,53% -> HB damage is nerfed by 16,47% if you have 3 BR Relics.

Assuming 25% Damage - which is rather high, imho its 20-25 - but lets assume 25%.

Nerfing 25% by 16,47% results in an 4,11% nerf, dunno where you are getting the 5% from.

Now Keep in mind that with T19 gone proc Chance of rime goes down from 65% to 45%. 45/65 -> ~70%. So we will have roughly 30% less rime procs.

4,11 * 0,7 = 2,877%

And since it seems you are right with the Aura, this Change to BR is not a nerf.

If we wanted to we could probably math in the belt being replaced by the bracers with T20 Bonusses, further reducing the contribution of HB Overall damage.

TL;DR
This Change is a buff for everyone not having 3/3 BR Relics and pretty much neutral with 3/3 BR Relic

If they want to nerf the trait they have to buff ALL SKILLS and not death strike frostscythe and other crap skills that we dont even use.. It was a nerf to a spec that is already weak on PTR owith UH like 20% ahead
