new computer

Thinking of getting a new computer in near future and don't know much of anything about them. My question is if all I do is play WOW and regular everyday stuff do I need much more than a puppy/dolphin computer that is on the build of the month here on mmo-champion? Would like to run WOW at great graphics but won't be making videos or anything like that.
