[A][US][Stormrage] <Aftermath> | Mythic Raiding Guild | 2 Healers & DPS Wanted

About us:
We are an adult (25+) Alliance Mythic raiding guild on the Stormrage-US server. We came into existence in February 2017 with the goal of creating a fun and competitive raid environment for people who have limited time to commit to raiding. We want to play at a high level without the stresses of a typical Mythic raiding experience. While we would not classify our guild as a “hardcore” Mythic raiding guild, our long-term goals are no different. We want to clear Mythic content while only raiding two evenings during the week. Being reliable is paramount. We expect our applicants to bring a similar level of dedication to the table.

We strive to create a welcoming and respectful raid environment that is inclusive and drama-free. If you are an armchair pundit in trade, disrespectful in PUGs, consistently have interpersonal issues in your prior guilds or have issues with women, other cultures or sexual orientations, you need not apply. Personality fit within our group is extremely important to us. Demographically, we skew a bit older with most of our raid team being between the ages of 26 and 35. Our core has been raiding together since the beginning of Legion, and we have had very minimal turnover of roster players because of the environment we have created. People who raid with us tend to stay as part of the team, although we do occasionally lose a player to going casual or taking a break. This guild will persist regardless of the rate of our progression.

Expectations:

• Know how to play your class;
• Come to the raid on time and prepared (consumables, etc.);
• Look at available content on the upcoming progression to minimize down-time during raids;
• Discord use during raids is non-negotiable, even for applicants. You don’t have to talk but you do have to listen;
• Applicants must have a microphone and speakers/headphones and the willingness to speak up (whether through text or voice) when required;
• We only raid two nights a week. We ask that you aim for 90%+ attendance.
