[H] US Tichondrius: <Overly Offensive> 10/10 H Nighthold LFM for Heroic ToS

[Occidi]

<Overly Offensive> is two night a week Heroic Guild on Tichondrius looking to add members to push into Heroic Tomb of Sargeras. We are a group of adults in our 20s and 30s aiming to push through heroic content at a pace that won’t have us all quitting like many mythic guilds. We have a good core group of raiders that range from the casual to those that have 52 AP traits already. What we all share is a love for the game and a willingness to help each other out with whatever challenges the game puts in front of us, but mostly transmogs.

• 7/7 Heroic Emerald Nightmare (AOTC)
• 10/10 Heroic Nighthold (AOTC)

Raid Times:
Tuesday - 8:00pm to 11:00pm Eastern (5:00pm to 8:00pm Pacific)
Thursday - 8:00pm to 11:00pm Eastern (5:00pm to 8:00pm Pacific)
Sunday - 8:00pm to 11:00pm Eastern (5:00pm to 8:00pm Pacific) for alt runs or mythic+s

Expectations from You:

• Let us know ahead of time if you can or can't make a raid. Real life responsibilities should be everyone's priority so missing raids isn't the end of the world, we just ask you let us know ahead of time if possible.
• Discord and DBM
• Be willing to get better each and every week. We aren't mythic raiders, but what we all share is the want to improve from raid to raid. Whether that be looking up boss strategies, looking at logs, or asking others in the guild for help with any number of things, we all want to improve.
• Killer transmogs. We are very judgmental about how you look, be ready for long 20 minute conversations mid raid about why we like/dislike someone's transmog.

Expectations from Us:

• Help with improving performance. While we all don't play every class, a lot of us know where to look and are more than willing to help.
• Mythic+ runs. Most of us try to get everyone some sort of mythic+ done each week (given how much our healers hate the affixes).
• Transmog advice, we like our transmogs.
• Fellow guildie Tickmaster being killed or attempted to be killed each raid.
• Food, flasks and pots provided for raids.
• An overall enjoyable atmosphere to experience challenging raid content and a sense of accomplishment when downing bosses for the first time, or killer parses on warcraftlogs.

• DPS with offspec tank
