Champion of the Legionfall - how to start it?

Hi guys,

I have never been able to start the questline. What is the requirements?

I can't pick it up anywhere(ive done every quest up until this part).

Empowered artifact is the first prerequisite
Done Broken Shore achievement up to CotL is the second prerequisite..

Thanks but done it all. Also the dungeon quest, invasion and all the intro quests. Also done the order hall campaign.

Ive been googling, it seems people have/had similar issues, but can't find any answer.

I was thinking its gated behind rep, but even people with honoured expericing it, so this can't be it.

dungeon quest isnt required are you sure you didnt pick up a quest and then forget about it or abandon it?

if so that npc will have the quest, for example one of the empowerment quest chains.

It's not, I havent yet gotten the 3rd relic on my DK but I have the quest to Seek the Council of Six in the Violet Citadel ("The Council's Call).

Alright guys, i figured it out.

You can start CofL simple by getting the last order hall upgrade(the one that allows you to get 2 legendaries)and finishing order hall campaign.
