[Spoiler] Buff from class mount quest

At the end of the class mount quest, when you are killing all of the undead you get a buff that increases movement speed, haste and resource generation. I feel like adding something like that to death knights as a passive or talent would be really helpful. Obviously it wont stack to 300% haste/movement speed, but it would help our issues with being so slow. Hell i'd be fine if it was just the movement speed.

We had it, and they took it away before Legion dropped.
