Capitalism: The enemy of true Christianity?

In the US today, minimum wage cannot afford basic rent. It cannot afford having a nuclear family. Yet families take these jobs out of desperation. Low wages and minimum benefits mean high profits for stockholders and executives. Is this not a case of the mortal sin, Greed? Christians of the world, I ask you, what is your justification for the 1% having more wealth than the bottom 90 percent?

Not sure what being Christian has to do with the current distribution of wealth being unsustainable and artificially supported.

Their religion is part of that 1% and this topic has absolutely nothing to do with one another but does raise if greed is a mortal sin then why do churches ask for money?
