So maybe this is a stupid question, but i just can't seem to find the answer. I'm using:
- Akainu's Absolute Justice (bracers)
- Eye of the Twisting Nether (ring)
- Hot Hands (spec)
Does this mean that LL now always gets prio over SS? So that I do not use SS anymore? It just seems to do a shitton more damage and costs less maelstrom.

Hot hand LL procs take precedence over normal (non-stormbringer) stormstrikes, yes.
SS (especially SB ones) are still your goto for proccing windstrikes, unleash doom, etc.
