I really doubt any one is going to be in Draenor. Your best bet is to find friends who are Alliance to help with it.

Ashran. If you can get one to launch without shutting down instantly.
Also, if you are really going for those achieves, ask your guildies if they have ally alt of race you want to farm. And pay them. Definately the fastest and least frustrating way.
