All this effort for a pet. Seems like a waste.

Different people care about different things. A waste in your eyes, is a worthwhile endeavour in the eyes of another. And of course, the other way around.

That being said, I would've hunted for it if it was BOP. Seeing as how it's not, I'll save the time.
