2pc T19 and 2 pc T20 Destro

This may be a stupid question, but has anyone tried the combination of 2 pc from each tier set?
Quick shard regent and faster chair bolt for a short window.
Trying to do 4pc and 2 pc seems like a challenge eliminating lessons. Then again if you have Sindorei Spite with probably the belt it wouldn't be too bad, maybe?

Def want to try that out too, I was thinking belt + the new ring and speccing ELT. I dont have spite or lesson, so i'll just go with what i get in the meantime.
