How do I get Druid follower item level gear and equipment?

I've asked around and looked through the deepest depths of the Maelstrom, I cannot figure out for the life of me how to increase the ilvls of my followers or how to get equipment for them. How am I supposed to get 900 ilvl followers and 3/3 equipment? Is there a quest that unlocks the person who provides work orders for them that I haven't found?

Take the class hall upgrade which has a chance to reward a piece of follower equipment after every mission (Druid/Shaman doesn't get work orders, they get this). Then do as many missions as possible, prioritizing missions which reward equipment or short missions.

Druids, Monks, and Shamans just get RNG gear from mission completions and from the missions themselves. It sucks but not much else you can do.
