Id stuck on avatar after killing maiden

i killed maiden with a pug on hc and my id is now locked to avatar and i cant return to kill the other bosses , the gate to the exit is locked , what do i do now?

Go back in with someone else as raid lead who isn't locked that far up?

Yep, you need someone else to be lead who isn't locked. It will create a new raid for you and you just can't loot the bosses you already have killed.
