Sub legendary boots

Last night I got my second legendary, the sup SS boots. My question is how effective are they now with the SS change? And do you think they will change it? Right now it didn't seem like much, my first legendary is the talent ring so energy didn't seem to be a big deal.

The boots are third if you're using the Enveloping Shadows build. Dark Shadow is currently simming higher, and the boots aren't that great in that build. They're definitely an upgrade from the Vigor ring.

I don't expect Blizzard to change the boots. They're only behind the Mantle by about 5%.

Ya I was ki da upset I got the ring first, would have likes some that would be a bigger dps increase or at least a defensive one
