Hi guys,

Simple question: outside of BW, do we try to optimize the uptime of the buff from the Mantle of Command by holding 1 stack of Dire Beast if we already have the Mantle buff active, or do we use DB pretty much right away when available?

I don't think that there are many situations where you would drop the Mantle Buff, even if you just use DB on Cooldown.
The chance to waste part of a DB reset by holding one charge is much higher than dropping Mantle Buff imo.

There are a few occurrences where I could've kept the buff up if I held to 1 DB, but they are rare and disappearing as I get better gear, so might indeed be a moot point in 5 more ilvls.
