I'd say Alleria outclasses Sylvanas in terms of power by quite a margin, she practically ate a fallen naaru and consumed the heart of a void demigod. She really hasn't much to counter that, not to mention Sylvanas power is tied to watered down void magic.

She can just scream alot at Alleria. Probably effective.

After that we only need Vereesa going far to patronize both Sylvanas and Alleria for not getting over their hardships like she did, pointing out how all it took to her to do just that was to murder people at random (her own in particular) and how damn healthy that felt.
