Ret Stepping in to Mythic ToS - Logs / Help Requested

As our raid team steps into mythic ToS, we are getting our logs reviewed as we struggled a little more than we should have with Mythic Goroth. We only raid 2 nights and did manage to snag 10/10M NH before patch, but are wanting to find areas of improvement for Tomb. Here are logs from last night, is anyone able to assist with the following raider?

    Georg - Retribution Paladin

    https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/tzkLbmY9aWPMXRAQ

He parsed 32nd percentile, and as we are pushing ourselves to identify self improvement areas hopefully someone is able to suggest some tips Thank you!

Hello, at a quick glance there immediately are glaring issues with his play. From goroth kill:
1.He is using the ''convergence of fates'' trinket, yet he uses Crusade once every 2 minutes and a bit (0.02 -> 2.04 -> 4.07 -> 6.09) That simply cannot be right, as crusades cooldown should become roughly 1 minute and 45 seconds, by using it on CD(which he should) he could have easily gotten 20 seconds more out of the last crusade, as the kill was made 12 seconds after he activated it. If he was delaying the crusade because of mechanics aligning so, the choosing any other trinket instead of CoF would have been better, since any CD reduction it gave was 100% wasted in this case.
    2. He's not using his artifact ability ''Wake of Ashes'' on cooldown, which he should. It has a 30 second cooldown , so on 6.21 fight one can use it 13 times, he has used it 5, which is an incredible damage and holy power generation loss.
he has also wasted a bit of holy power from generators, but that is negligible compared to the above 2 issues. I suggest hooking him up with some WA's / TMW's that track the cooldowns of his major spells, so he doesn't forget to use them for whole 2 minutes. The second trinket he has chosen - ''Cradle of Anguish'' - looses its value significantly if the stacks drop ( and they will on progression fights) therefore making it a weak choice. It's stacks were dropped 7 times on your kill! (infernal cinders, vial of ceaseles toxins and stat sticks(aracnocrystal being insanely good) are all very good trinket choices for progression)
His judgement window management looks to be in order, as well as general ability priority (minus not using WoA on cooldown). He could choose the ''zeal'' talent in place of ''the fires of justice'' i nscond row, as it generally is stronger with T20 set giving extra holy power, making the harder-hitting zeal a better choice. For aoe Divine hammer + the fires of justice still are the go-to.
On harjatan he seems to be wasting quite a bit more of holy power by generators, perhaps hes holding his holy power for adds and still building then? If that is the case he should not be doing that, the next spender will come in 4ish seconds anyway, so the adds wont run away, but he will get to use a bunch more spenders thougout the fight. (wasted 53 Holy power, making it roughly 18 more Templars verdict or divine storm casts)
hope this can help him step up his play and you as a guild whole.
    Good luck on progress!

Also kudos for people actually helping raiders in Mythic progression rather than shitting on them and just asking "Lolwtf were u doing?"
