Is Draught of Souls nerf for fury only 17%?

Before patch my Draught of Souls ticks were +- 960k and now is 630k... this does not seem to me just 17% but 35%
Has anyone noticed the same difference ?

Arms or Fury? They removed a bit of the nerf on DoS they gave us but Arms was still doing less damage with it than Fury so that might be why.

remember too if you are in arms probably you dont are using avatar

If you're fury you're probably not rocking 4set t19 anymore, making stuff drop out of enrage
