Not really, I feel like most of their systems just need minor tweaks to be fully fleshed out. Artifact weapons weren't the best when they were released, neither were legendaries.

Similarly, other expansions had features which weren't fully fleshed out at launch, but rather later.

The reason the first patch feels like launch is because since WoD Blizzard started to delay raids. Only with the first patch will we have all the launch raid content.

I do agree they should have not launched it in August. I just hope i will find the joy of playing my shadow priest and leveling my shaman after the patch hits..

One thing is undeniable. They suck at designing classes now.

They remove stuff just to add it back later in a patch and some specs have had the same issues since Vanilla (low mobility, no AOE, no interrupt) that still aren't addressed or they're too incompetent to address them and can't admit it?

Anytime they back pedal on stuff they never address it, it's always just done in a hotfix, silently. Those people act like complete amateurs when it comes to communicating with the player base. I think that Marvel 2015 MMO had better dev/player interaction and it was f2p.
