    Could be, But I do use a JP PSN account to download and play Phantasy Star Online 2 on my US account. At most they would just ban the dummy account.

    Your call ether way, I don't think they would care IMO.

    I think a lot of people who can't get it just do that.

    Game has already had an expansion. It's been 5 years. If I can have a chance to play it I will.
