Trinkets in m+ for affliction

Hi,

I looked at the general sims and so on, but can't find one done for the purpose of m+. What is the best trinket setup for m+? I am running with whispers as main trinket and then switching depending on dungeon and affixes.

Anyone got som intresting data to link?

I like Metronome and Whispers for M+. Obviously Arcano + Whispers if you're lucky. Sentinel Medallion picks up value on Tyrannical weeks, and I run it over Metronome on said weeks.

If you like pulling trash at random (and sniping explosive orbs), Spectral Thurible is a decent trinket.
