Looking for addon recommendation - other peoples loot

Hello,
Looking for an addon recommendation which will help track what loot dropped for the group. For my guild runs it would be nice to easilly see who got what so i can look for opportunities to get people to pass loot back and forth a bit more regularly. Would also help for alts running LFR and mythic+ to help gear them quicker.
