Allowed to finish quests with our own accounts?

So heard we're able to finish quests now with friend duels. Figured if I loaded up 1 of my accounts on my phone and the other on my PC this would be an easy way to finish quests in a timely manner.

But something I am just curious on before I go and do this, is this allowed? Does Blizzard consider this "Win Trading"?

Figured on the account I don't care for I'll just pass every turn on it, and on my Questing account do what is necessary to finish it. Just uncertain how Blizzard sees this and if anyone here knows what is their stance on this?

There's no "Win Trading" because you can't rank up via friendly matches

You can run 2 or more clients on the same machine playing a different account on each but it might involve copying the entire Hearthstone and/or Battlenet folders to another location and running both independently otherwise one of the clients goes into deadlock I find.
