UH trinkets simcraft bother me...

Hello,

atm i have 917 ILV as UH and these trinkets: 915 Cradle, 915 Vial, 915 Engine.

I have simmed all of these with a 905 CoF (that is still too good for me).

I thought that the Engine would have the highest sim (ton of mastery and godly proc) BUT:

Cradle: 1.047 M
Vial: 1.039 M
Engine: 1.028 M

That's in a ST fight OFC. Maybe Engine is very good in cleave fight (cause higher mastery means ton of damage with VP) but in st i think is too much randomly. Many times the proc happens in very bad situations and you are unable to catch all these small green balls..Sometimes it proc at the start and you got all of these and for 30 seconds you are like a god..there is too much rng i think..

Cradle is much more solid if you avoid damage (where you can ofc)

what do you think guys?

The engine proc rate is crap that might be why its the lowest.

Raidbots vs Simc give varying results for me by around 50K-80K, with SimC being behind.

Simming 925 specter vs 890 cof 3k diff in simc upto 20k diff in raidbots.

Not sure why raidbots vs simc has such a discrepancy.

Different length of time for the boss fight, or not using patchwerk fight

Do you regularly update Simc with the nightly builds? If not that could be the reason Simc and Raidbots display different results since Raidbots is updated constantly with new Simcraft builds.

What's wrong with AMR?

Plenty is wrong with AMR it is usually pretty outdated with stat weights and etc and less accurate, not the best to go for sims.

Cradle is hot garbage on real content (aka mythic), don't use it.

Unavoidable boss aoes will take you below 80% enough for it to not be worth it.

I sub to Mr robot but it's been pretty rubbish for quite sometime particularly with trinkets.

for M+ you go below even 50% on a regular basis. Vial is much more versatile due to the reduced CD when fighting short-lived stuff.

I play ToS with Cradle and rarely ever go below 50%.
Most AoE DMG is avoidable and/or soakable.
