I'm sure guilds can't wait for raiders that don't want to put in any effort and expect guilds to come to them, instead of finding one you like and taking the time to write an application that makes a good impression.

Can turn this around - let guilds do effort and approach a player, get off their high horse and stop whining about noone wants to join raid guild and only do lfr
