BM: BW Damage Bonus Tracker Add-On Help

Hey all, i am looking for a tmw or wa setup which shows the increase on BW damage bonus. Starting by 48% then tracks every 1.5% increase simultaneously. I d be glad if any add-on veteran could help me.
