Sever Hopping addon?

Hello. Returned from a long break and I'm wondering if there are still server hopping addons out there. (Addons that let you quickly join groups so you can change your server) If they're still made/still allowed, what's the most popular one?

Addons that let you quickly join groups so you can change your server

They sort of still exist, however, you can no longer join a group at Location A, Server A, while you are at Location B, Server B and be moved to Location B, Server A. You have to be in the same area as the group you join and then you will be ported to the same server as the first one in your group to enter that area.

More specifically Location = Same Zone There is an addon that can be used specifically for hopping called ServerHop but as mentioned above you would have to choose a group within the same zone as your own in order to change servers.
