Ideal legendaries if the cap is raised to 3

I see what you're saying, but I'm guessing that if Blizz does let us have 3 legos, the ring would count and may even be mandatory.

If they gave us 3 legos plus the ring, I'd be all for it, but that would seriously gimp new folks. I think they may do it, but it would be well after final tier has grown old, just to give those who stick around between xpak some real power to play around with.

True, but what we know currently suggests that the Insignia of the Grand Army isn't affected by the "Unique-Equipped: Legion Legendary (1)", it might still be added, but I think that's unlikely since the last batch of legendaries had that tag on PTR, so it'll probably be our actual third legendary... or fourth in the premise of this thread.

On the latter: I love the helm, but T21 set bonuses and T19 two piece set bonus seem to have some insane damage potential.
