First time rogue raid logs

Hey everyone

I just did my first raid as a rogue (sub), got really lucky with gear but I feel as though I messed up a lot. Especially on Avatar.

I was wondering if anyone would be nice enough to have a quick look over my logs for this fight (and any of the others if you wish) and just see what ive been doing wrong and how I can improve. My sim dps is over 1 mil but I am very far off from that when put into practice
