Honestly I'm using a 915 Chrono Shard TF from Mythic 12 Arcway and an 895 Whispers....they are still really really good imo.

KJ trinket sims high with 4pc. Gives you 7% crt which is 7% CB dmg for a little bit. Good if you can save up shards for when the dot falls off and you get the buff. Other than that, a equip effect statstick with haste. metronome or whispers still amazing.

To be fair there is no simple answer to your question. It all depends on your current gear (stats) and boss fight. The best way to optimize is simply by using raidbots etc.

Getting a lot of mileage out of Tarnished Sentinel Medallion. The owl does work single target.
