Introduction
My name is Kritya and during WoD I formed the guild Elucidate with a few friends. Our primary goal was to create a social raiding environment clearing heroic content.
In 2 months we went from a couple of friends to 13/13HC and 5/13M HFC and almost consistently having 20+ attendees at raids.
At the start of legion I stepped down to focus on university and the guild continued to succeed for a while, getting 7/7M, 3/3HC but hitting a wall in Nighthold, not with bosses but roster issues. By the time I returned to WoW, the remainder of the guild's raid team had separated to other guilds to continue raiding mythic.

What now?
I've returned to WoW and not studying so I can take up leadership again, which means rebuilding just like we did in WoD. The initial goal will be to get a raid team going and raids happening consistently, then we will progress through heroic ToS. Depending on how recruitment goes, stepping up to mythic or sticking at heroic for next tier.
We're aware that there will be growing pains again, but we can deal with those, we already have done so.

What do we offer?
Experienced management, with prior success in building a mythic raid team from scratch.
Organised PVE content, including raids and mythic+ in place of CMs.
A place to socialise and meet new people.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for people who have a good mindset about the game and hanging out with other people. This doesn't mean that when it comes to trialing for raids that we will take people with consistently poor performance, but rather that we will see how people respond to feedback and criticism and see if there is improvement. Alongside how they interact with others in the guild.

Recruitment
We're recruiting healers and DPS currently, with a lower preference on mages and hunters and resto shaman.

Raid times
Raid days will be Wednesday and Friday (and Monday during progress), 7:30pm-11:00pm UK time, which is usually 8:30pm-12pm server time (daylight savings can make this untrue).
