What is the best BP monitor?

What is the best BP monitor, anyone here check there vitals and have a home blood pressure monitor?

Do you have a monitor what is the best you have found?





What are your vitals BP and heartrate?



Personally I am in good shape not too bad, but my insult intake is too high, so, I am contemplating in investing in a BP, guys out there should for sure if you are getting up there be thinking about this shit.

Resting heart rate of 78

The one in your picture is the one I have. Works fine its just a pain in the ass to put on yourself, especially if you have bigger arms. Usually ask my room mate to help me get the thing on tight enough.

last I checked it was like 145/95 but I had just had a smoke like 30 minutes before. Generally 130/80+ which isn't great either

That seems kind of high but considering you smoke that is pretty alright, yeah, putting this on myself might be a pain, they have the wrist ones, but some not as accurate and that is important.

I'd say its worth it. Has some other features but I haven't tested them out honestly. My doctor just recommended it since high BP runs in my family and mine used to be far worse when I was overweight.

So it's pretty accurate than compared to when you go to get a physical?

More or less yeah. Some reviews say its crazy inaccurate but I haven't experienced it yet. Right now I'm doing a program and I need to visit my doctor weekly for a check up and its maybe 3+/- off my home reading before I go.

~125/80, right on the edge of being too high.
