There is no signs of Gorribal on PTR and Taeshalach is a stat stick transmog from Aggramar. Gorshalach isn't gonna be part of anything to do with Sargeras in the patch, we already know the way it ends which I assume you haven't read since this post wouldn't exist if you had.
