All druid specs now sit in Bear form as much as possible?

Resto, Moonkin and Feral all sit in Bear form most of the time now.
When in bear they can soak up damage and do some damage as well.


Is this the idea behind the overall Druid design?

This isn't a very new thing. Just more mainstream now. After several years of players in pvp or good pve players stance dancing to their benefit and using all the tools they have, the others have caught on.
