We also have a lot of corruption, I'd like to say it's only in politics but that would be a lie. Shit like Consumer Protection for instance is hard to get into without knowing people on the inside and they often take bribes to look away from hygiene issues.

Now I'm sure this probably applies to all countries since corruption is everywhere but it's really sad to see how far we've fallen. It's slowly getting better but not by much.

On the other hand I'm happy that shit like PC culture hasn't reached us yet. There are no ( very few ) scholarships for minorities, our court battles are somewhat equal between men and women, false rape accusations aren't really a thing and alimony doesn't exist.

    So I'm content for now.

Also our summers are horribly hot.
Off topic, but really? I suppose you mean for the ex-wife? I find it hard to believe that it is not expected for a father to help with raising the kids after divorce.

People who agitate each other in the name of cultural pride to the point of eroding solidarity.

People who are opposed to action or reform of failing communities based on political agenda.

Alimony is not the same as child support. Alimony is money paid to the ex wife for being married to you.

When you divorce you generally split assets gained during marriage, but you don't lose what you had before you got married. Also I expect our prenups are not thrown out of court like in the US and cheating fucks up your chances of getting 50% out of the divorce.

The UK. Our public services are being shafted.

In spain you can get a whole corn fed chicken for 4 euros. In the UK it costs about 3 times that much.
Our politicians lost their spines about 20 years ago. It is just a big game to them as they slowly decimate pooulation from the middle class and below.

    Denmark:

    - Too many welfare tourists
    - Too many EU supporters
    - Too many "professional" unemployed people
    - Too difficult to kick out foreign criminal
    - Too soft prison sentences for criminals
    - Too many Republicans (almost 10%)
    Fact (because I say so): TBC > Cata > Legion > ShaLa > MoP > DF > BfA > WoD = WotLK

I live in the countryside, and I can only get 50-70MB speeds 4G Mobile Broadband while everyone else gets fibre with their 250-1000MB connections!

No one seems to want to invest in Maple Syrup and that makes our release date prices for games $90 after taxes.

    That makes me sad.

I was thinking the same but it is unfortunate timing, they all seems to swarm the thread about the recent terrorist attack.

    The government and political parties.

Our only two choices are between an anti-porn, totalitarian, pro-censorship (China level censorship) conservative and an aging, terrorist supporting communist that thinks Venezuela is a good example for Britain.

And then there's the fact that every time terrorists bomb somewhere, our current prime minister uses it as an excuse to enforce more censorship laws instead of doing anything about the people committing the acts of terrorism.

    UK

Poltitions here are all the same (probably in other countries too), there all liars. Last election the conservatives make a pigs ear of putting policies forward, labour spew out lies as they have gone back on what they said they would do. Our welfare system is totally screwed up, how can it be financially better to live on benifits than it is to work..... mind boggling!!! The younger generation that are looking at university for several years to get the career they want end up with crippling debt by the time they graduate and get the qualifications they have studied for.

There are a lot of lazy benifit scroungers that need a kick up the arse, the benifit system is there to support you while your between jobs. The system is there to support those that can't work due to ill health or those with Disabilities, not to be abused by lazy layabouts. You can actually claim extra money now for telling the social that your an alcholic or drug user, I know people who have gone in and stated they are alcholic when there not just to get the extra £60 per week..... Makes me ashamed to be english....

And how in the hell is it possible for a person from another EU country that works in the UK, there partner and children live in the EU country they come from then claim Child Tax Benefit from the UK government. Its an absolute joke, if there partner and kids lived in the UK then thats ok.

The weather also sucks, summer these days is around a week long if we are lucky hehe
