    The Rising Tides

    - Level cap raised to 120
    - Artifacts are gone, similar system implemented for a talent column.
    - The expansion has 2 major storylines. The first is N'Zoth and Azshara, the second one is more chill, reminiscient of the Mists of Pandaria. We will explore stories never told before, the impact of technology, minor factions entering the political stage, diplomacy missions as we both the horde and the alliance grow exponentially.
    - A lot of the minor races were eliminated by the Legion, help restore a few of them and recruit them for your faction.
    - Kul'Tiras, Zandalar, The Dragon Isles, Ruins of Kezan
    - Kul'Tiras joins the alliance, the remaining Zandalari align themselves with the Horde, led by Jaina and Rastakhan respectively
    - New playable races:
Naga (Horde) - Lady Safinas (Faction Leader), Durs'sun
    Ethereal (Alliance) - Amjukh
1 Raid, help seal the prison of N'Zoth, sad cinematic
    - Altar of Convergence - Dungeon, protect the peace talks between the Alliance and the Horde

6/10 cuz exploring the impacts of technology could make for an interesting plot.

Naga will be neutral if they are introduced at all and if a faction has to have them it will be the Alliance and the horde will get Ogre. Also Ehtereals should be neutral as well.
    2/10

Dunno, the two most wanted races and each faction gets one, better than the neutral race mess. This fake is at least more feasible.

Names of the other dungeons op?

Seems odd that only one half of the expansion would be dedicated to the whole expansion's theme. This is not really reminiscent* of Mists of Pandaria due to the fact the whole expansion had to deal with Pandaria, even if the second half was based on Garrosh.
