Like them or not, they're basically the flag carriers of roleplaying. Just as much as casuals are for LFR.

They've been telegraphing Night Elf Paladins all expansion, so I'm expecting that. I can name a few others they could open up too, but that's the one I want the most.

Here's the thing, I don't hate roleplaying. I don't have hate people who do it either in Wow.
I just find it strange that Blizzard cares about them, that's all.
It's like how warlocks used to speak to one another in demon form, a nice touch but not many people knew about it.
Tournament of Ages only happens once per year, that's the problem with it.
I just don't like it when Blizz makes something that gets completely ignored by most people only because it panders to a minority.

That argument could be applied to many aspects of the game. Battle pets, arena, rated BG, Transmog, in-game holidays, etc. Choices are what makes a game worth sticking around for.

I am not too well versed on the RP servers, but I will take your word for it. Though, I still stand by my point about the barrier. They either implement it for all or not at all. Cross faction chat was a thing with the forsaken being able to speak common, it led to a lot of abuse and toxicity across the factions. I just don't see them implement something of the sort for a minority (the RPers) server-wide :P

I always take Blizzcon announcements with a grain of salt. This leak could be 100% legitimate. However, you know they are going to grossly oversell the new expansions features st Blizzcon. You can count on a good chuck of what they announce being scaled back and one or two parts just flat being cut.

So a leak that offers unrealistic promises should be perfectly inline with what to except at Blizzcon.

With regards to the Artifact weapon.....Blizz had 2 options....get rid of them completely.....or evolve it that we would stop using someone elses Legacy and create our own.

Because RP servers have RP events where each faction interact with one another? And a language barrier no longer makes sense.
Pvp servers have reduced hp and dmg on their guards to promote world pvp.
