No they aren't. They are the opposite, far-left as opposed to fascism which is far-right. Or rather, the most extreme elements of Antifa is far-left, some elements are just left-wing I guess. What they all have in common though is anti-fascism and anti-capitalism. The most extreme elements (and maybe the majority of the US movement?) are anarchists, which is farthest to the left, left of communism. Of course being opposite to each other, per the horseshoe theory, the far-left and the far-right are both on the far edges of the lunatic fringes of the political spectrum and not that far apart. So though they may well be equally much garbage, they are definitely not fascist.
