Hey,

I have Mantle + Belt and i just looted the Hands leg and ran a simulation. (But it's below mantle + belt)

I saw that big rogue plays with Mantle + Hands, is it the best leg now instead bracers ?

After some searches I'm sharing with you what I found :

The best build is 1110113 with Mantle and Hands.
Trinkets : Scepter + Engine

But if you don't have the Hands, the next best build is :
1110113 with Mantle and Bracers.
Trinkets : Convergence + Scepter

NB : A 900 Convergence is viable with Bracers until 940 for another trinkets like Agility + Mastery. But with Hands instead Brzcers, the Elisande's trinket can be replaced by a more interesting one : the Engine (Maiden).

So, hands are a really good legendary, they are in fact the best leg now. Thing is, CoF isn't as good without bracers, so you need another pretty solid trinket.

Top Simming Trinkets
1) Specter of Betrayal
2) Convergence of Fates (With bracers)
3) Nightblooming Frond (inconsistent)
4) Vial of Ceaseless Toxins
5) Eye of Command (single target, no target switching)
6) Ethereal Urn, Eye of Guarm (mastery), or equivalent Mastery stat stick
7) Engine of Eradication

However, i am not sure how the new alchemist stone sims, but it probably isn't better than anything on this list @ 935

It also depends on bosses. Pure ST bosses are good with hands (for example Goroth). But bosses like Harjatan or Sassz are better with Bracers + CoF

I recommend using the new Alchemist Stone btw. if you use the Hands and dont have super good trinkets. I am running Alchemist Stone + Specter and simming 1,4+ mio DPS.

Alchemist Stone is pretty easy to get (the 935 one of course).

It's somewhat misleading to say that Frond is better than Engine, and that an Eye of Guarm is close to DPS as a Vial. Ilvl is incredibly important to trinket DPS due to the huge agi gain - a 955 Frond would be BIS, but good luck getting the 10 titanforged rolls for it. You're much more likely to get 930-940 current tier trinkets, which despite having worse effects will be much stronger overall.
