If the US left its global role

The only changes to our "Global Role" I'd like to see is make Europe pay for it's own security. We've spent Trillions over the years keeping " muh Russia" from owning it.

That and no more sending Billions to shithole countries that want us all dead.

Well this is how it could go
Theory A: the world finally stops hyperventilating and can calm down focusing on the needs of their own citizens. The Socialist parties get to cheer.
Theory B which I like the most: we get something akin to Isis and hitler/Stalin. Russia expands and all of Eastern Europe suddenly becomes Russian. Make nice with putin or whoever becomes president of Russia. The Middle East gets some kind of Islamic facist group willing to reinstate a new caliphate a bit like Isis but more emboldened because of lacking u.s intervention. NATO falls because the u.s pulls out that's the reason why we have N.A in it. Africa still gets ignored but much more because the u.s cuts whatever aid it has to them thus putting them into further poverty. So this causes an immigration crises much worse then the Middle East and thus straining Europe further. Then somewhere down the line we get something like ww2 but much worse because it's modern day technology.
