933 Frost/Fire Mage, 934 Sub Rogue, 933 Unholy/Frost Death Knight - EQ
We are a group of 3 friends who are looking for a solid raiding guild to progress with into the current and new raid tier.
Background:
A bit of background, my rogue friend and I started as Alliance in vanilla and did the whole Onyxia/MC raiding, with clearing up to just a couple bosses in Naxx. After BC launched I moved to Horde with some friends to raid endgame content. Eventually clearing Black Temple and starting not finishing Sunwell. My rogue friend didn’t start raiding with me till Wrath of the Lich King where we excelled at 10 man in our 25 man guild. Our 10 man did well, due to having more like minded people who were interested in downing bosses and pushing our potential. We cleared LK, but didn’t get too far in heroic on 25 player. I decided to form a new guild from a core of 8-12 in Cataclysm with me being GM and raid leader. Our guild progressed through all the heroic modes we could in 10 man. We were realm 2nd, US top 500, and averaged about top 1500 world. I had some RL issues and decided to not raid in Mists. We all casually played through Mists, and none of us played through Warlords although we hear we didn’t miss out on much.
We started back together in Legion and are enjoying the content so far and we want to go further but in a steady raid environment.
Current Situation:
Coming back to Legion, we found that our old server became an East Coast server after Blizzard merged it with a few other servers. We tried to start our own guild but due to the incompatibility of West and East Coast raid times and the difficulty of recruiting people we sought to find a home for ourselves. We joined a social raiding guild, they are a great group and were open to us joining. We helped them push their raid group up to getting AOTC for Nighthold and now TOS. I created them a website and tried to get more active in helping run the guild, though everyone is dropping like flies. Many of the officers there and raiders we raided with are generally great people but we felt that the majority of people didn’t have the same mindset as us from raiding in previous expansions - and we want more. We would usually be missing people every raid day, no consistency in our roster, bringing in new people or pugging people to fill out our raid and never having enough to start Mythic attempts. We were basically just bringing in new people and gearing alts.
These issues in lack of raid attendance consistency, re-clearing content, and not being able to attempt mythic content has been taxing. We hold no ill will, or animosity towards the guild, we appreciate them for taking us in and working with us to raid current heroic content; but we feel like being on an East coast server with our desired raid times leaves us with little to no recruitment/improvement to our current situation which is why we would like to call a west coast server home.
Here is what we are looking for:
A steady guild that is consistent - Consistency is key to a successful raid and we hold attendance in very high regard
Raid times (9pm – 1am PST)
Monday – Thursday raid days (No weekend raids, although Sunday may be possible)
Preferably 2 days a week, but willing to consider 3 days
<Realistic> Is a serious Progression guild based on US Stormrage (PVE High Pop Realm) - We are serious about pushing top rankings and are currently looking to round out our roster.

What we expect from you:
-That you show up early, prepared with full consumables, knowledge of fights and strategies ahead of time.
-That you are able to think analytically and understand that the mechanics of a fight are the most important thing not your numbers
-That you can conduct yourself appropriately in a group of 25+ people
-That you are able to review logs and improve yourself on a weekly basis
-You are okay with sitting out on fights once in a while

I'm a little shocked you haven't received more interest. So <Decipher> ALLIANCE on Frostmane (west coast server) has recently reformed and is currently recruiting. We raid two nights a week, Wednesday and Thursday 10 p.m.-1 a.m. CST, which matches the times/days you stated. We have about 15 consistent raiders and are seeking to upsize to about 25 as a full roster. Loot is personal, but we're very team oriented so if peeps can use specific drops, they just have to make it known. Current progression is 9/9H with the desire to progress into mythic as soon as possible. Our raid lead is very likeable, very results-oriented and feels very strongly about improving every pull. Be warned, the guild is stocked with night owls. Guild members tend to be good friends, very supportive of one another in game and irl and we seek peeps that will enhance our WoW experience, not just show up only for raids. Who is Stacks In Fire?
Were a fairly new guild, within this expansion, however many of our members have been playing since vanilla. The guild was founded by 3 brothers and IRL friends, and because of that we do have the chill laid back vibe however we are very competitive! If raiding in a Semi hardcore guild is what you're looking for we are PERFECT for you! ❤︎
We Raid Tues, Wed, Friday from 8-11 est. we use Loot Council for our loot system! Fridays are typically optional and are our Heroic runs, However we also have H runs over the weekend.
We also Accept ALL casuals and run M+s daily, PVP, and past content for lego runs.
Our goal:
Our goals are to have fun, and clear content! We want a group of people that not only become friends but also down content! Noone in our guild has an elitist attitude however we are competitive and no matter what our end goal is to complete all Normal, Heroic and Mythic Content!
Expectations:
We expect you to have knowledge of your class and the fights we will be doing. We have guides to show our strats and plenty of videos you can watch! We also expect you to come to raid prepared with your bonus rolls, and on time! Food and flasks are provided by the guild!

Hey Neutronic, I don't know what raid times you guys are looking for, but if you can make late night raids then I think our guild would be a great fit for you. We are a guild of players who have pushed the highest level of content in past expansions and just want to chill and progress through Mythic content but not on a realm first schedule. Hope we are a good fit for you!
Unofficial is a late night mythic progression raiding guild located on US-Thrall. The guild was formed about 4 months prior to the release of Tomb of Sargeras after the previous guild fell apart due to attendance issues. Some of the members having raided and played together since Vanilla/BC, with most of the members having raided together since late MoP/early WoD. The guild was created with one goal in mind: to be a competitive end-game content progression guild while also allowing members to pursue real life endeavors. We believe that in order to be a high level and successful raiding guild, members possess an innate competitiveness to push themselves to always be the best while also having the competitive maturity to receive feedback to improve their play. While we are generally laid back and are looking to have fun (it is a game after all), we do expect that raiders come prepared and ready to perform your role to the level expected of mythic raiders.
We are open to trials from any player, regardless of competitive raiding background. We have some players where Legion is their first experience in WoW, while others who have played and raided since Vanilla. At the end of the day, if you can show a consistent ability to play your class at a high level it does not matter what experiences you may or may not have. In the same vein, it doesn’t matter if you are able to spend only 2 hours or 8 hours a day on WoW as long as you are able to perform during progression.
