Can you bonus roll old raids more than once?

I've cleared SoO on mythic, and I assumed I'd be able to do the raid again without getting loot, but still able to bonus roll. However, after going out and resetting nothing respawned. Is there a time limit, or? What is even the point of bonus rolls if you can only do it once a week?

Mythic locks you to the raid ID, not the loot table.

Once you cleared mythic, you can't do it again. Even with another group.
