Pimp my Enhancement Dps

Hey guys,
new to this board, maybe you could help me
I'm playing enhancement for like 3-4 weeks now and think I could do a bit more DPS.
I know I have to work on my flametongue uptime (80%-90% atm).
Also, I'm losing a lot of dmg on Avatar HC, do you have any advise for that fight?
Can't post links yet so I had to do it like this:

Logs WarcraftLogs /character/eu/thrall/shamoozl

Get a ui addon that tracks flametongue so you can keep it up 100%
