    New to working out

So i had my first introduction/start up crossfit session today and needless to say, i am extremely exhausted. I did enjoy it and think i am going to continue with it, but honestly not too sure what a good plan for a rookie is (never trained any fitness either, its all mainly been push ups, sits-ups etc from sports training but thats about it).

So was wondering, anyone got any good advice on just starting out with working out ? Also...whats a good to tip to no feel like a body bag the next morning

Depends what your end goal is.

PM me, I'll send you through a plan depending what your goals and objectives are.
    1) Load the amount of weight I would deadlift onto the bench
    2) Unrack
    3) Crank out 15 reps
    4) Be ashamed of constantly skipping leg day
